Customized Slip Rings

Our Special Solutions are designs based on the specific needs of our customers and knowing your markets and applications. Our complete range of Slip Rings can transmit every kind of power, signals or data to your rotating equipment. We always apply the best technology to meet your needs: double or multiple brushes, gold wires or bundle wires contacts. We can provide from a few poles to several hundreds, based on the requirements of your machine. Slip Ring Assemblies can be supplied either as open, “non-enclosed” types for special customer adaptations, or totally enclosed with high impact plastic or metal housing, even for hazardous locations. Additional rotating couplings are available for fluids or gases and fiber optic swivels can be integrated.

Our experts have designed many customized and totally unique Slip Rings for years, to face all the needs of our valued customers. Of course the feasibility is always carefully evaluated in a preliminary phase and all the technical, commercial and industrial parameters are taken into consideration.

Why should I choose a special solution?

We always suggest and prefer to propose a Slip Ring from one of our series. If your needs are not fully satisfied by them, we can combine different sub-assemblies that we have among our range and create a unique solution for you. During the years, many slip rings created as special solutions have become a series dedicated to a specific customer or to a specific application.

Will a special solution increase cost and/or delivery time?

A higher price than for a standard or modular slip ring must be expected, but the broad availability of different components and the long experience that we developed during the years enable us to provide tailor-made slip rings at the right price and on time.
